Practical information
The event is free of charge and open to neuroscience researchers and students based in Denmark.
On Monday, the event takes place at Planetarium Copenhagen. Tuesday and Wednesday’s programme takes place at Hotel Scandic Falkoner.
If you are travelling to Copenhagen for the event, NAD offers accommodation from Monday November 2 to Wednesday November 4 at Scandic Falkoner. As we have limited rooms available, rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You are only eligible for accommodation if you participate in the following day’s programme.
Please note that MSc/MD students, research assistants and PhD students are expected to share twin rooms. You will be randomly assigned a roommate of the same gender, unless you inform us about arrangements made with another participant.
Posters
We encourage participants to register with a research poster.
PI’s are also encouraged to bring a poster about their lab. This is a great opportunity to present opportunities within your research group to the 2027 NAD fellows who will be looking for lab rotations at this stage as well as other early career researchers.
