NAD Annual Meeting

Registration is now open for the biggest NAD event of the year!

Repeating the success of last year’s NAD Autumn Symposium Days, attended by more than 200 neuroscience researchers, the NAD Annual Meeting will assemble neuroscience researchers from all over the country for this three-day event.

October 28

5.30 pm: Registration and light dinner

6 pm: Welcome

6.15 – 7.30 pm: Keynote speeches

7.30 – 10 pm: Networking and light refreshments

October 29

8.30 – 9 am: Registration and coffee

9 am – 4 pm: Keynote speeches and parallel symposia

4.30 – 6 pm: Poster session

6 pm: Dinner

7.30: Last keynote of the day

October 30

9 – 9.30 am: Registration and coffee

9.30 am – 12 pm: Keynote speeches

12 pm: Lunch

1 – 3.30 pm: Parallel symposia

3.30 – 4 pm: Concluding remarks and end of symposium

Practical information

The symposium is open to all active neuroscience researchers based in Denmark – from student to professor level. Participation is free of charge.

If you are travelling to Copenhagen for the event, NAD offers accommodation from Monday October 28 to Wednesday October 30 at Scandic Falkoner. We have limited rooms available which will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. You are only eligible for accommodation if you participate in the following day’s programme.
