Repeating the success of last year’s NAD Autumn Symposium Days, attended by more than 200 neuroscience researchers, the NAD Annual Meeting will assemble neuroscientists from all over the country for a three-day event.

Poster session format and guidelines

On Monday Oct. 28 from 20.30-22.00 the lab posters are presented as part of the networking session.
On Tuesday Oct. 29 from 15.00-16.00 the research posters with odd numbers are presented, while the research posters with even numbers are presented from 18.30-19.30.
Presenters will be present at their posters during the whole poster session:
- During the first 30 minutes, presenters will give four 5-minute presentations of their poster. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit four different posters in each session. There will be a 2-minute break between each presentation to allow attendees to move to the next poster of interest. Beginning and end of each round will be marked by a bell.
- During the last 30 minutes, presenters will man their posters and attendants can circulate and discuss freely.
Posters can be a maximum width of 940 mm and a maximum height of 2364 mm. Supported formats include A0 (portrait) and A1 (portrait and landscape), please note that A0 landscape will not fit on the board. Tape for mounting the posters will be available at the venue.
Practical information
The symposium is open to all active neuroscience researchers based in Denmark – from student to professor level. Participation is free of charge. Note that registration is now closed.
The venue is located a few minutes from Frederiksberg metro station, easily reached by metro lines M1, M2 and M3 as well as several bus lines.
