This lecture will cover state of the art on Parkinson research, touching upon both clinical and basic aspects of the disease, as well as disease modelling in drug screening, alpha-synuclein aggregates and immune responses. As this lecture is part of the NAD fellow course curriculum, it is primarily aimed at MSc and PhD students.
