NAD Special Event: CNS on the Night Sky

Join NAD for an evening among the stars in the unique Planetarium venue in Copenhagen!

This imaging-focused event will highlight fascinating neuroimaging research and showcase stunning visuals from neuroscience.

Call for short presentations

If your research produces beautiful, intriguing, or mystifying images, we invite you to share them at this event! Presentations will be brief (maximum 2 minutes) and should focus on a single image, animation, or video.

To express your interest, please send us an e-mail containing your name, position and a short description of the image/animation. Instructions will then be provided for sending the image/video file.

Deadline for expressing your interest is May 1. Presenters will be selected by the NAD Scientific Board and the Scientific Organiser.

Practical information

All active neuroscientists (from student to professor level) based in Denmark are welcome to attend the event.

If you are travelling from outside of Copenhagen and cannot make it home on the night of the event, we can offer accommodation in Copenhagen from Wednesday to Thursday. Limited capacity, first come, first served.

Please note that NAD cannot cover transportation costs.

The event is organised by NAD in collaboration with Scientific Organiser Professor Hajime Hirase, Center for Translational Neuromedicine, University of Copenhagen.
