Registration
The event is open to active neuroscience researchers based in Denmark – from student to professor level. Participation is free of charge.
Present your research at the event
We encourage all participants to register with a research poster.
PI’s are also encouraged to bring a poster about their lab. This is a great opportunity to present opportunities within your research group to the 2026 NAD fellows who will be looking for lab rotations at this stage as well as other early career researchers.
Accommodation
If you are travelling to Copenhagen for the event, NAD offers accommodation from Monday November 3 to Wednesday November 5 at Scandic Falkoner. As we have limited rooms available, rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You are only eligible for accommodation if you participate in the following day’s programme.
Please note that MSc/MD students, research assistants and PhD students are expected to share twin rooms. You will get the opportunity to choose the person they would like to share the room with after the registration deadline has passed. Otherwise, you will be assigned a roommate of the same gender.
