On April 3, over 30 former, current, and potential lab rotation hosts gathered for an NAD event centred on talent and recruitment. The afternoon featured insights into various aspects of recruitment in science and other fields. Jesper F. Bastlund from H. Lundbeck provided perspectives on industry recruitment, while Kristian Kristensen, former head coach of the Kolding IF handball team, shared his experiences with identifying talent in sports.
Between presentations, participants discussed scientific excellence and talent acquisition, generating valuable points to consider when recruiting for the NAD PhD programme.
